So, in the spirit of getting to know the faces behind the magic, we caught up with one of our newest recruits, Eve Cowans, Sales Executive and already making her mark.

If Ultimate were a cocktail...

We’d definitely be a Piña Colada. Original, reliable, and fun. We’ve been in the industry a long time and know what we’re doing. Honestly, we’re the kind of cocktail people would write songs about!

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

It’s a toss-up between the Poulet Grillé they used to serve at Côte Brasserie (which was my birthday meal for 7 years in a row), or my dad’s roast chicken dinner – complete with slow-roasted garlic and lemon chicken gravy. Reminds me of my childhood and has all the major food group.

You buy an old English pub, what are you naming it?

The Barnacle Bard. 

You can have one superpower, what are you choosing?

I'd love to be able to talk to animals. Find out what they talk about and have a gossip with the London pigeons.

If you could invent a holiday what would you celebrate?

No Tech Day. Just one day a year where everything switches off – phones, WiFi, the works. 

What’s your favourite room in your house?

My bedroom. It’s got all my favourite things in it and I love to nap!

What’s your lucky number?

13 or 25 

Most surprising thing on your bucket list?

Going on a horseback safari in Africa. I’d love to see elephants in the wild and ride alongside zebras and giraffes. 

Best holiday you’ve ever been on?

When I was a teenager, I toured Indian palaces with my family and celebrated New Year in New Delhi with local friends. It was life changing!

Favourite dad joke?

Man walks in to a bar… Ouch!

Favourite colour?

To look at – light pink or pastel yellow. To wear – always red.
